What is the deepOfix Messaging Server?

The deepOfix Messaging Server is an operating system distribution from DeepRoot Linux. You can find more information about it on the following URL: http://www.deeproot.in/deepofix/ The term "deepOfix Messaging Server" (or "deepOfix" for short) refers to the operating system that is installed as a result of executing the deepOfix installer. This operating system consists of multiple programs written by many other programmers and most of which are a part of the Debian GNU/Linux distribution. Each of these programs is distributed under its own license. Hence, it would be improper to say that the deepOfix Messaging Server distribution is licenses under the GNU GPL. Instead, we are licensing the deepOfix Messaging Server - Installer under the GNU GPL.

What does the deepOfix Messaging Server - Installer consist of?

The deepOfix Messaging Server - Installer is primarily distributed as a combination of binaries and source code written by others (and hence copyrighted separately). Hence, its sometimes difficult to know exactly what the deepOfix Messaging Server - Installer (or deepOfix Installer) consists of.
